How do I price a holiday-let changeover?
Start from your own numbers: how long the changeover takes, how many cleaners are on the job, and your hourly rate. Add travel, laundry, consumables and parking, then apply a markup. The calculator does this transparently without inventing market averages.
Does the calculator use per-bedroom prices?
No fixed per-bedroom prices are used. A property preset supplies an editable room list. Each task is priced from its quantity, your chosen minutes per task and your hourly rate. Adjust the suggested bed count and add laundry, supplies and other changeover costs as needed.
Is this a margin calculator?
No. The calculator applies a markup — a percentage added on top of your base cost. Margin is a percentage of the final price and is calculated differently. The tool clearly labels its markup step to avoid confusion.
Do I need an account to use the calculator?
